- Burpees
- Skipping
- Tuck Jumps
- Squat Thrusts
- Treadmills
- Heel raises
- Bench dips
- Bench jumps
- High Knees
- Fast feet
- Jumping jacks
- Press ups
- Sit ups
- Shuttle runs
