i seriously believe that this site is the best site so far i have seen in the whole internet. i didnt know nothing about plyometric and other things but this site has gave me so much to learn and i understand more meaning of fitness. god bless

each individual exercise in this workout has potential benefits by itself, but a workout as a whole needs to have some sort of progression in it. there are too many moves that deal with hip flexion, and not enough hip extension or ab/adduction. training the hip joints to be able to move through its full ROM is vital, as opposed to overtraining one specific pattern of movement, which will result in muscular strength imbalances and therefore structural compensations, leading to injuries and decreased performance. maybe take a few moves out that deal with hip flexion and throw in some lunges, both front and lateral, to get extension in the hip flexors and train for lateral hip movement. check out this link for some cool stuff

This "circuit" or group of exercises more likely doesnt seem to have an aim, objective, flow orounce of thought put into it. Try again
