We are thinking of offering personalized stretching programs to our website visitors. The programs would outline what stretches to do and when with clear photographs showing proper technique...

They would be tailor-made to YOUR sport and YOUR requirements. You might want a program to hellp prevent and recover from hamstring injuries for example. Or perhaps you want a program specifically to improve your golf game.

Essentially, you would fill out a simple form naming your sport and the amount of time you can commit to a flexibility program. One of our experts would then put together the program based on your needs you would download it from a private section the website.
